Many people have asked for a feature whereby CSS can be edited through the browser.
I'm pleased to say, this feature will be present! You will be able (without FTP access) to edit CSS for plugins, CSS globally, and to upload images.
We have been very busy recently with client projects, many in the extranet and IoT space, hence we have been a little slow to complete 7.3 and make it a download. We hope to complete that in mid-April.
