I think you need to create a Form under "Forms" in Organizer. When you've made a form, you can pick it in the plugin settings of the Extranet Profile Editor.
(You'll need the Forms module running to do this, but it should be running by default.)
You must confirm your screen name on your profile in order to comment.

Before someone can post into a forum, he is asked to go to the profile page to confirm his screen name. When he clicks on the button, it shows a button to confirm screen name and another to edit the profile. But when the edit profile is clicked, there is nothing shown. Does a profile only shows things when more fields are added for users?
